Meet the Team
BENJAMIN S. TAYLOR
The firm’s founder, Benjamin Taylor, has substantial experience over nearly 15 years litigating various civil matters, including commercial, employment and real estate cases, and general business disputes. Ben’s experience in business litigation includes a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, fraud claims, intellectual property cases, and commercial matters. He has represented clients in state and federal court throughout California and the United States in disputes ranging from tens of thousands to tens of millions of dollars. Ben prides himself on maintaining frequent contact with clients and treats each case as his most important.
Prior to founding his own firm in 2014, Ben worked as an attorney with two of the top litigation firms in Los Angeles. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2005.

DIANE BANI-ESRAILI
Diane Bani-Esraili is an associate attorney at The Taylor Law Firm. Her practice focuses on business litigation. Diane received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Spanish from UCLA in 2013. She graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and with highest departmental honors. Diane was one of fifteen to receive the prestigious True Bruin Distinguished Senior Award, out of a graduating class of 7,782 students. During her time at UCLA, she wrote and edited for three different campus publications.
Diane earned her Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law in 2017. While in law school, she served as vice president of the Business Law Association, member of the Real Estate Law Association, and president of the Iranian Law Students Association. She was selected for the role of Writing Advisor, in which she taught legal research and writing to first-year law students. Diane was also a sitting member of the UCLA School of Law Admissions Committee.
